Shipping Policy
Where we ship from. Orders ship from our warehouse in the United States.
Processing time. In-stock orders usually ship within 3–5 business days after you order. When your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with tracking.
Pre-orders: Hell on the Highway. Hell on the Highway pre-orders ship on or around December 4, 2026, the album's release date. If your order has a pre-order item and in-stock items, the whole order ships together when the pre-order ships. If you want your in-stock items sooner, please buy them in a separate order. If a release date moves because of manufacturing delays, we'll email you with the new date.
U.S. shipping rates (Standard). Based on your order subtotal:

U.S. orders ship via USPS or DHL eCommerce. Delivery time depends on the service and destination, and your tracking link shows the estimate.
International shipping. We ship to the countries listed at checkout. International rates are calculated at checkout, and orders ship via USPS or DHL eCommerce depending on the option you choose. Customs duties, import taxes and fees are not included and are the buyer's responsibility. Your carrier or customs office may collect them on delivery.
Addresses. Please double-check your shipping address before you order. If a package comes back to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once you pay the new shipping cost.
Lost or damaged packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, or it arrives damaged, email merch@truegritmanagement.com within 14 days of the delivery date and we'll help.
